The service center has declined since new ownership. Customer service is a thing of the past. We have purchased 3 vehicles from NYE VW traveling 37 miles to get service on our vehicles. The original Customer service is a thing of the past. We have purchased 3 vehicles from NYE VW traveling 37 miles to get service on our vehicles. The original team did pick ups and drop offs or loaner vehicles. The new team does not accommodate at all. It’s very unfortunate we have to find a new group that cares for their customers. More
