I have been a customer of this dealership for years with my Honda. I try to work with holly and it is always a pleasant experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and works hard to keep me informed about my car and how it's doing. I gave the score of 3 not becaus elf anything holly does. I understand it costs a bit more going to a dealer but I am willing to do it because of the great service I receive very time!

I brought the car in for a recall item. She set us up for a 7am appointment and told me it would be one hour. I have a life and can't spend it covering for Honda's production screw ups so the timing was critical. I got here right at 7 and they didn't even open the doors until 7:05. Incredibly, when I gave the keys to the guy he said I wouldn't get out until 930 or so, that it was 1-1.5 hours and the technicians didn't even get in until 8am. Why did this person not tell me the truth - did she not care? Is she only compensated by the number of people she gets to make an appointment so she is incentivized to lie? In any case, if the service manager gave a rip about it he didn't show it. Not even an apology. Certainly no offer to actually try to help by offering me a rental for the day or even asking where I needed to get to so he could get me a ride. Horrible service and you should come here at your own risk. I will not return.

The car was ready within the estimated time and Ms. Higby reviewed in detail what was serviced on the car. Excellent customer service! I purchased this car from Nalley Honda and I am completely satisified with the dealer.
