Exceptional in every single aspect I recently just purchased my first Acura which was also my first car purchase on my own. I don't think I can say enough positive things about how wonderful this experience was, regardless of having jitters making my first major purchase. Bob Nesbitt, my sales consultant, came highly recommended by my family who have had exceptional experiences working with Bob, and I can truly see why. Bob was able to find the most perfect car for me - not only did it fit comfortably within my budget, the ILX that I purchased far exceeded every one of my high expectations. It literally was love at first sight with my ILX. Although it is a used vehicle and a couple of years old, the condition and quality of my ILX is so absolutely pristine that it might as well be brand new. Although one would hope that a sales consultant would be kind, Bob has a genuine kindness and exhibits great care and concern for his clients. There was never a moment where I felt uncomfortable. It was a fun experience and every question or concern that I had was addressed with great care and the transparency. Every detail that I inquired upon was answered crystal clear. If it is important to you to work with a sales consultant and a dealership that is fair, can be trusted, and values transparency, there is nowhere else to go. Even though I was buying a new (used) car, the treatment that I received was right on par with what I would expect when buying a brand new one. Bob and Naples Acura took great care to work in every detail that I would have liked to see incorporated into my car purchase -- with no questions asked. Although I have not bought a car on my own until now, I have gone with my parents many times and I now understand their satisfaction with Naples Acura and working with Bob. David Pinzon was the finance manager that I worked with and I also felt that this was a positive experience. I had probably 1000 annoying questions to ask about every little detail and never once did I feel that I was a pest or a bother. He was happy to answer all of my questions and it was clear that it was important to him that I understood everything completely even if it took twice as long to get through the paperwork. Although I had to come after work and it was later in the evening, the process was never rushed. All in all, this was a really wonderful experience. I couldn't be any happier with every last detail of the experience of buying my car in addition to the exceptional quality of the car that I bought. There were a few moments where I felt that it was too good to be true, but the value of being able to reach the conclusion that everything is honest and true and that the quality of the interactions and the product are top-notch is something that you can't really put into words. I would recommend Bob and Naples Acura as an absolute must for a first and only stop in the quest of any vehicle whether it be new or used. I will absolutely be returning in the future. More

New Car Purchase Tahir (TC) did a great job selling us a new MDX late in the day this past week. While we had narrowed down the list of SUVs with a 3rd row, we hadn't Tahir (TC) did a great job selling us a new MDX late in the day this past week. While we had narrowed down the list of SUVs with a 3rd row, we hadn't planned on buying when we stopped in Naples Acura. TC was responsive but not overbearing and we were in/out of the dealership in just over 90 minutes with our new car, which included a test drive and agreed pricing on a trade in. Scott and David were also good to work with and made the car purchase process about as pleasant as possible. Look forward to a similar service experience and the Wednesday wash. More

I have never experienced a sales staff that stayed until 9:00pm, which was two hours past closing time. Finally, I would recommend Naples Acura, it is only a short trip from Fort Myers to Naples and the drive will save you thousands of dollars compared to other Acura dealers. More
