They have failed to fix the problem with the CarPlay system twice. Both times my car had a scheduled appointment and it took them over a week to look at the problem and then tell me they have updated th system twice. I dealt with the service advisor Laura Velasquez . She was very knowledgeable but checked with service on the repair of my Jeep Cherokee radio which had still been under warranty.
