I had a my car serviced there months ago and I believe they neglected to properly take steps to ensure my car would have the lowest chance of having problems. The result was a cracked engine block. Joe was the opposite of empathetic and simply did not care to listen to me. I could see in his eyes that he was only interested in deflecting all blame and he did not treat me like a valued customer in the slightest. More
