Let's start with trying to make a service appointment-the centralized phone system stinks. Service Center-they now have female receptionists who appear to know/understand nothing about cars rather than mechanics to whom you can explain your needs. The only good thing was Johnny Jaramillo who spoke to me and explained things after my car had been serviced. When I go in for the 60,000 servicing, I will ask for him directly rather than dealing with the receptionists.

"Nightmare after being hit by an employee of this dealership "

I was hit by an employee of Northlake Kia, I am now told an ex-employee. A service manager came to the scene and gave me his card. He was never available and never returned messages. Even though the accident wasn't my fault, I had to turn it over to my insurance because my car wasn't driveable. 2 months later I had to call their corporate office to get some cooperation. I received a phone call from a Rob Minier, who said he was a district service manager. He promised to make things right and admitted they were at fault. He also put me in touch with Rosi Palermo, who has also promised to cooperate with my insurance co. And get the matter handled. Now another month later, they are still playing games, providing phony insurance policies, just like they did at the accident scene. I had to lay out my deductible and have been through nothing but games and hassle from this dealership. I am betting they didn't have insurance on the car and/ or driver because it's been over 3 months. Still waiting for them to make this right.... and waiting. They lie and provide false info, don't do business with them.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Northlake Kia working with Casey. I will have all future services done there. Thank you.

The service I experienced at Kia Northlake was appalling. I would recommend to never go this service center for any of your needs. I had 4 bulbs in total replaced at Kia Northlake. They charged 162$ in total for this service. I did not receive the complimentary car wash, and one of the bulbs that was replaced did not even work. This simply means that they did not even check to see that the bulb was installed properly after charging me nearly 40$ per bulb to be replaced. I then asked for a refund, and the service administrator stated that everyone had left, and I would have to bring the car back. He did not ask to reschedule an appointment with me, and just stated bring it back in when you’re free. I waited 2 hours for this service to be done, and without an appointment would have waited even longer than that. The lack of care for such a simple fix shows me that I can not trust this service center for any major issues I may run into.

"Crystal D. is a Reputation Saver "

I hate to admit this, but after buying my Kia I hated the service I would from local dealerships in Palm Beach County. I would have to drive 1 hour out of my way just to find a location where the service team was nice, accurate, and actually cared about my car. After receiving my 6th recall I decided to give my neighborhood Napleton Dealership a visitl. I was warmly greeted by Crystal. She was super efficient and caring. She was able to schedule the car for service the same day, and even sold me new tires during the transaction. I took advantage of the complimentary ride to work feeling like I would never see my car again. Typically, dealerships hold your car hostage when you do not wait in the showroom, so I was not hopeful I would see the car again that day. Three hours later I received a call from Crystal that the car was done! I was shocked. The car drives like brand new, but what is more impressive is how one person at the dealership can change so many negative opinions I held for so many years. Thank you for having such a fantastic person on your team. She is a game changer, and I will not go anywhere else as long as she is around.

Recently I moved to PBG from California and came to Napleton KIA hoping to receive Class A service that I had grown used to from KIA. Not only did the pros here meet my expectations, in many ways they surpassed them. From the moment I drove onto the lot, I was greeted by friendly smiles and people eager to help. I was kept updated throughout my experience and in the end my Optima was returned to me fixed and shiny. All in all, a very positive experience!!
