Marc Smith, who represented me through the entire process, greeted me in the parking lot. Marc's rapport was excellent. He was able to zero in on my needs & wants to identify & locate, what a few days later came to be, the perfect car for me. Marc was informative and patient, addressing & answering all my questions & concerns, over and over again. Not only did he totally familiarize me with the Tucson, but also did the same with the dealership, so that I was completely comfortable & confident in both. Best dealership experience ever! My wife and I had spent the day shopping for cars and were just about burnt out with dealerships and sales people. As we were on our way home we passe My wife and I had spent the day shopping for cars and were just about burnt out with dealerships and sales people. As we were on our way home we passed this dealership and saw a Jeep out front that we liked so we stopped in. We didn't get the bums rush when we first exited the car (as we had been all day) but as we were taking interest in a vehicle Marc Smith magically appeared to assist us. He was very informative without ever once being aggressive or pushy. He listened to our wants and financial limitations and helped keep us within our comfort zone. He vied back and forth with his manager (who was also fun and easy to deal with) and they made buying a car a fun celebration instead of being work. Dealing with Zak in finance was the icing on the cake for us. Usually a stressful stage filled with a tough learning curve and anxiety over finances he broke down everything in layman's terms and walked us slowly but efficiently through all the different options. Not to mention he is a fun guy to talk with always making us laugh and feel at ease.
