I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for service. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am on a Tuesday. They didn't touch the car for 6 days. I brought my vehicle in for service. I had a 9:30 appointment, dropped it off. I never received a call back from the service department regarding the status of my vehicle. I called the service department multiple times but nobody answered. The service department then closed and kept my SUV. This was on a Saturday and I was told I wouldn’t be able to get my vehicle until Monday, when the service department reopened. I was told by the sales manager that no one could help me.
