I went a few times to look at and drive different Outlander models. Never once did the sales staff seem put out by that or pressure me to buy (you know, the time wasting sit down you seem have to do at some other dealerships before/after the drive). I went with my husband twice, then by myself twice.. I had done my research and then some, knew the MSRP and invoice costs. I got a very good deal on this vehicle, along with a decent trade for my sports car. I did not do any financing, so cannot speak to that. Only other cost is $99 fee! Not $400 or any other little gotcha's. Nice! Thanks again Curtis, very happy with my Outlander! More

Buying a new car didnt suck I have always hated buying new cars. My visit to Nashua Mitsubishi changed that. When we were ready we found Curtis, who claimed he wasnt a salesman but an instrument by which we can change paper with our new car.. We told him what car we wanted, how much we wanted to pay and what we were trading in. The process went very smoothly. Curtis was able to meet my demands. None of the "let me talk to my manager" dances that Ive neem accustomed to. 36 hours later I was driving home in my new Mitsubishi. The only negative was when I went to pick up the vehicle the office had made a mistake and had to redo ALL the paperwork. It was a very mionor inconvienance at worst. More

I Don't even know where to start. Absolutely amazing experiance, Both Curtis and Anne worked so hard for me getting my payment and car to exactly where I needed them to be. I never write reviews on places ever but my experience was that great I had to share it with the Internet. They Beat every Dealerships price in the First pencil I didn't even have to ask for a discount. I have never in my life had that happen. If you are in the market for a new or preowned vehicle Hands down this is the place I would not buy anywhere else again. I went to 5 difference dealerships in search of the perfect car. When I started I had no idea what I wanted, besides a smaller size SUV. Nashua Mitsubishi was #4 and if it had come down to picking the perfect car. When I started I had no idea what I wanted, besides a smaller size SUV. Nashua Mitsubishi was #4 and if it had come down to picking the car by the salesmanship, it would have been an easy choice (Nashua Mitsubishi)… I went back to all the dealerships more than once, and I saw Curtis at Mitsubishi 3 separate times, while working with Curtis I was able to narrow down the field and specify exactly what I was looking for. I thought I had found a car that matched my needs and started the buying process, I drove it a second time and realized I it didn’t quite fit my needs, yet Curtis was very understanding and was able to get my $99 deposit back for me. Unfortunately “the car” did not end up being on their lot, but that did not keep Curtis from helping me out when I had a question, even once I had bought the car he helped me with some technical info about my new (used) Hyundai and getting set up at their service garage to resolve a small issue with the car. Curtis had the perfect balance of persistence and determination to help me in everyway possible, without making it uncomfortable for me (the buyer). He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him and the Mitsubishi/Hyundai team to anyone looking for a stress free car shopping experience. More

This was the second time I bought a car from them. They were very friendly. I went in to the dealership and told them what I wanted. They showed me what I wanted and did not try to up sell anything to me. were very friendly. I went in to the dealership and told them what I wanted.
