Lack customer service and punctuality The service department hardly remembers anything that they have talked to the customer about, even just a day or 2 prior. They don’t put notes in their system about screw up their technicians have done so it could potentially be remedied later. Technicians lose items and takes forever to get them replaced (i.e. wheel lock key). This service department has always had a grade of C on their BEST day. More

Great Experience I was searching for a particular vehicle and was luck enough to find that National had the car I was looking for. Was even luckier to have worked wit I was searching for a particular vehicle and was luck enough to find that National had the car I was looking for. Was even luckier to have worked with Jeff Harper on this purchase. Being out-of-state, I was not able to see nor drive the car before making the purchase. However, Jeff went above and beyond to follow up with every question I had, and made me feel comfortable with the purchase. The car, a 2016 VW Touraeg turned out to be everything that was described, and I could not be happier with my decision! Trustworthy and honorable are just a few words that I would use to describe him. Would definitely recommend searching our Jeff for a car purchase! More

Bad credit?? That's okay here!! My fiance and I went looking for a new truck. Our bank denied us financing because of his bad credit (mine wasn't great, but better than his). After hearing "no-go" from the bank, we stopped at this dealership with plans to go to many others. We didnt have to!! They got us the exact truck we wanted, for a heck of a price, worked with our credit, and provided such stellar customer service! From the sales-lady, to the finance manager and everyone inbetween!!! I can't possibly put into words how awesome this dealership is to work with!!! I've dealt with some very 'sale-sy' salespeople and ours was not one. She spoke with us person-to-person instead of trying to sway our decision one way or the other. Absolutely awesome people! I won't go to anyone else from here on out! More

I will be back when my car has been serviced, but I wanted to talk about my initial experienc Kitrell Earley is one of the Advisors at National Dodge. I will be back when my car has been serviced, but I wanted to talk about my initial experience. I have a 2005 Chrysler 300. I am a female and Every mechanic, and I mean every one has lied to me about the repairs needed and done to my car. I explained this to Kitrell and was so nervous that I could not remove the car key from my keychain, he had to do it. He was so professional, yet familiar with his mannerisms, that I relaxed. I was even picked up by David, in one of their vans and escorted to them and to get my rental, who was nice as well. Kitrell said that he would stay in touch with me about my car, and has done that. I needed a loaner, which they don’t do, but he helped me get a great rental, similar in size to my car as I requested. My car hasn’t been serviced yet, but I think they will start today. I feel confident that my car will be serviced to my expectations, because of the caring interaction initially with Kitrell. Thank you National for Kitrell. Now, I am looking for the same great service when the repairs on my car are completed and I will be back with that review. More
Surprisingly painless!!! The shopping experience proved to be surprisingly smooth and painless.
