New truck purchase! I recently purchased a 2018 Ram Rebel from the Dodge dealership. I did not impulse buy from this dealership either. I spent quality time at the local I recently purchased a 2018 Ram Rebel from the Dodge dealership. I did not impulse buy from this dealership either. I spent quality time at the local Toyota, Chevy and Ford dealership’s to ensure that I was purchasing the best full-size truck for the money. The other dealerships tried their hardest to sell me on their top of the line trucks, which I was in the market for. However, they couldn’t match the price on the Ram trucks. Multiple reasons why I purchased the Ram Rebel (fully loaded), but it truly came down to the quality of truck for the amount of money spent, cost and quality of extended warranty, exceptional customer service from the sales manager, and the unbelievable amount of patience, product knowledge and customer commitment displayed by the Betty Hurd (the sale’s person). Also, in the past 20 years I have purchased a new vehicle on the average of every three years... top of the line Fords, Chevy’s and Nissan’s. So brand loyalty was not a deciding factor. More

Worst decision ever This place is a joke, full of stories and lies. I wanted to trade my vehicle in.. they claimed they offer more then what it’s worth. That was a lie. The first day I was there until 8pm talking to two different guys. They said my paper work looked great and then to come back in the morning to finish signing papers. I drove the new vehicle off the lot put gas in, (which they don’t refund), and went home. Something told me it was a lie. The next day I get a text saying I couldn’t get it because the paper didn’t go through. So here I had to take the car back.. National, your welcome for the free gas. This place is unprofessional, unorganized, I sat and waited for God knows how long. The person who “helped” me the following day said I couldn’t get a used car it HAD to be new. I didn’t want new. From there he focused on something else. Oh, and they couldn’t find my keys. (That’s not the first time they’ve lost my keys either) Of all the bad stories I heard about this place and how terrible it is... I tried to give the place a fair chance. Never again, save yourself the trip. They just want the money. More

I picked up car and when I moved it out of parking spot it was doing same th8ng as before no difference. coast me total 1700 dollars. should I have took it back why so they can guess on what it might be and run up my bill some more. I was warned not to go there for shop work. guess learned a lesson. More
