Denied Service I called this company 4 times in the setup my service for my Kia Optima software update. I chose this location because it was close to my job. Bad cho I called this company 4 times in the setup my service for my Kia Optima software update. I chose this location because it was close to my job. Bad choice. I called the main number 4× (2x on Saturday, 2x on Monday and today Tuesday) and was told that I could bring my car in at anytime between 7a-7p without an appt. It didn't right so I called 4x and even got a text to bring the car in. Today I arrived at 445p and after 1hr drive in rush hour, I was denied service. They said that I had to have an appt. I explained what I was told and replied that all Kia techs leave at 5pm. I was highly disappointed so I asked for the Manager Mr. Graham. He verified the text messages recvd today but said that all Kia techs leave at 5pm even though I got there at 445p. So we left. Wasted time, bad service, wrong information and nothing resolved. Beware dont go here because you will get denied service regardless of your service issue. More
