I had been apprehensive because I recently broke my foot and am currently using a walker so I was afraid g My recent service experience was fantastic! I had been apprehensive because I recently broke my foot and am currently using a walker so I was afraid getting my car serviced would be a hassle. It turned out to be just the opposite. Pete Lasalandra was so great to work with and went above and beyond. From handling all the paperwork to backing the car into the service area to make it easier for me after the service was completed --small things that made a huge difference! The online appointment scheduling with email reminders -- was super easy to use and navigate. Everything has been such a positive experience. I appreciate the level of customer service I have received and the ease of doing business with Nelson Mazda of Cool Springs! More
