This review is specifically for Matt Martinez. I went into Diamond Honda 3 times for an annoying sound I heard on my brand new 2013 Honda CR-V. Each time I went in, the service representatives (not Matt) into Diamond Honda 3 times for an annoying sound I heard on my brand new 2013 Honda CR-V. The 4th time I went back, I got connected with Matt, who knew right away what the problem was. He got the car fixed and now the sound is gone!
