We usually deal with Jason in service for our Lexus . He is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the extra time to explain about the issue . We travel about 1 hour to this dealership because of this level of service. This is my 4th Lexus .

"Dissatisfied "

- Dissatisfied

Made appointment for service with a loaner on Wednesday. The auto needs service which is likely minor and they usually don’t give a loaner but it was agreed. Called Saturday to cancel the Monday appointment since the service was minor. Even the manager called to argue with me about it. He wanted to add services I didn’t need to boost the cost like topping up fluids that are unnecessary. I told him I’m willing to wait for the car if he could guarantee it would be ready in one hrs but he couldn’t. If you have a choice, take your Lexus to a different dealer for service. The parts department is another ripoff. Charged me $35.00 to change the battery of the fob. I buy them for $1.00 in amazon and change them myself.

"Service department is great"

I have had a chance to know Ken Esposito & Jason Cogoni in Service and they are awesome. My 2010 LS460 had a display unit malfunction, which another dealer failed to rectify. But, Ken & Jason, ensured it is rectified without a hitch on the first try. They are so attentive & fabulous.

"On time, as promised, and no hassle "

Jason was very professional and courtious. He explained what services would be performed and approximate cost. Everything was done as promised and under budget. Jason made sure the vehicle was cleaned and got me out before the estimated time it would take. I would definitely recommend contacting Jason if you were getting your vehicle serviced at Lexus of Westport.

"What an outstanding job on my auto body repair!"

Country Lexus of Westport is an amazing dealership! I am so impressed with the friendliness, knowledge, and quality of the people I encountered. I was treated like family. Ken Esposito is one of a kind, a take-charge guy. He took care of every detail, including contacting the other party's insurance company. He is a really friendly and an honest human being. "Pushy sales people and service center that rips people off"

- Love you all

From buying my new 2015 Lexus IS250 to the first service - it all went bad. The call center that suppports the dealer service center screwed up my appointment. The service guys only care about you giving them 100% positive feedback. The sales guys are so pushy for the same positive feedback - it is a joke, JD Powers is getting played, no one can believe any ratings.
