"Great service "

New Country Lexus is the best dealer I have ever experienced. Service (Cristian) Advisor is a pleasure to work with. Furthermore our current Lexus and our previous Lexus has been serviced at this dealer every five thousand miles since new. No others have ever touched our cars, even when tires are needed. The cars run like new, I am convinced that it is in no small part due to the service department.

"Full explanation of the services for my 2015 Lexus is 250"

Mr.Justin welcome my wife and I very politely.Initially we felt somewhat intimidated by the bunch of Lexus in the parking lot.It is the first for me I owned a Lexus and it will take me sometime to get a good grasp of everything inside and outside of the vehicle.For the past 26 years I drove a Toyota 4Runner so the difference is quite humongous.Getting back to Mr Justin my first impression was his greeting to the Lexus service department second his eye contact and last but not least his full and complete knowledge and explanation of the 30,0000 scheduled.Ithink America will benefit plenty by having more people like this young man.The configuration of the checking are and the waiting room and also is only a glass which separate the inside from the outside,what I'm trying to say is you can see your vehicle from the waiting room area,you're able to have a good visual of your automobile.Some people become apprehensive when their vehicle are getting service in some other hidden area where you are unable to pinpoint where is localised.The very last thing is that my vehicle was treated with the utmost respect.I'm greatful for finding you and your team.Aplogise if I ramble. Great service department, professional staff, comfortable waiting area. Always follow through on recommended service issues and they want to see that repairs are done right and that I am satisfied. Staff have gone out of their way to see that I am not inconvenienced with drop off and pick up of vehicle, as the know I live a distance away. Having both a GS350 and RX350, It makes for a good experience to work with NC Lexus. Jim

We usually deal with Jason in service for our Lexus . He is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the extra time to explain about the issue . We travel about 1 hour to this dealership because of this level of service. This is my 4th Lexus .

"Dissatisfied "

- Dissatisfied

Made appointment for service with a loaner on Wednesday. The auto needs service which is likely minor and they usually don’t give a loaner but it was agreed. Called Saturday to cancel the Monday appointment since the service was minor. Even the manager called to argue with me about it. He wanted to add services I didn’t need to boost the cost like topping up fluids that are unnecessary. I told him I’m willing to wait for the car if he could guarantee it would be ready in one hrs but he couldn’t. If you have a choice, take your Lexus to a different dealer for service. The parts department is another ripoff. Charged me $35.00 to change the battery of the fob. I buy them for $1.00 in amazon and change them myself.

"Service department is great"

I have had a chance to know Ken Esposito & Jason Cogoni in Service and they are awesome. My 2010 LS460 had a display unit malfunction, which another dealer failed to rectify. But, Ken & Jason, ensured it is rectified without a hitch on the first try. They are so attentive & fabulous.

Jason was very professional and courtious. He explained what services would be performed and approximate cost. Everything was done as promised and under budget. Jason made sure the vehicle was cleaned and got me out before the estimated time it would take.
