The Service department, Parts department and the Technicians are professional, friendly and exceptionally good at their jobs. I have owned many types of cars and never found a Dealership I would return to...but even if I wasn't a fan of Toyota, I would buy one just because the service is so good! Even with no appointment, they manage to serve your needs every time...Amazing!

"Awesome service!"

I went there for some warranty work, they had my car done later that day. Then I heard a heat shield rattle, so I called, they said stop by any time. Jessica knew my name when I walked back in four days later without calling first. I had to look her name up on the sheet. Lol. Anyway, I went for a spin with the mechanic, he heard the sound, I barely had time to make a coffee and it was fixed. Awesome service! And even the sales people are really cool. I talked to Paulo about getting a Sienna awd in the near future, but explained I really wasn't in the spot to do it right now. No pressure at all and he let me look at one of the ones on the lot. I'll definitely be going back there. Thanks!

"Unresponsive and lack customer focus"

I had locked my keys in my trunk and contacted them on Friday to get a new trunk key (my car doesn't have an internal latch to open trunk). They ran my VIN and said it was manufactured in Canada and I would have to call Canada to get the key code. I knew Canada would NOT give ME the key code and told them that. They said they would not call and I had to do it. I got in contact with a Canadian dealership Friday evening who said they would give the key code to my dealership in the morning since mine had closed. Knowing I was without the car Canada called the dealership 3 times asking them to call back so they could give them the key code. They didn't call them. I called at 4 and told them to call and at 5 they closed until Monday without me having a key. I called the sales manager and the GM and they both told me the procedure to get a key code from Canada involved the Parts Manager from both dealerships. However, as I explained to them multiple times, I had already made arrangements that didn't involve the managers and the Canada dealership was willing to assist. On Monday the parts manager calls me early in the day telling me he had been in contact with the dealership on Monday...when they had not even opened yet due to time differences. On Friday they told me the Service Manager had left for the day but when I talked to him on Saturday he said they had told him about the situation on Friday. When I called him on the lie he said he "must have been outside or something". Stamford Toyota isn't that far away people. Go there instead and save yourself from having to do your own leg work and "inconsistent" stories. I won't be going back!

"Excellent Custiomer Service"

I am not one to enjoy bringing my car anywhere for service, even for oil changes. I always feel like the servicemen are trying to take advantage of a woman customer. So much that I make my dad take my car for oil changes. However, I purchased a vehicle at New Country (which changed my way of thinking about car dealerships- in a good way) and just brought my car in for my first oil change. Jeff was very professional and courteous. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and was not pushy at all. I felt very comfortable. He even pointed out a problem my transmission was having that I didn't even mention and now it will be fixed. I bought pre-owned certified so I do not have to pay for the repair. I will continue to come here for all my service needs. I do not feel like I am surrounded by sharks like I have everywhere else I have gone in the past.
