First of all i want to express my disappointment and frustration as well as the feeling of betrayal by this dealership. I have likely been one of the most loyal customers in the past year and have BOUGHT 3 vehicles and referred 3 other people that have bought in the last year from this dealer. I have personally spent over 150,000 with Nsb chevy in 10 months and referred 3 of my closest friends who have spent over 160,000 and bought vehicles in the same span. I have all references if needed. I brought my 2017 camaro ZL1 (a track car and the highest performance camaro that they make that retails for over 70k) to them TWO WEEKS AGO TODAY. The clutch went out and i explained what happened with it. They didn’t even pull it apart and told me it was bad and abused and not warrantied,but then also told me they didn’t have a price for a repair because they haven’t “pulled it apart yet”. I then leave my car because they were going to see what they could do because I’m a “loyal customer”. I DIDN’T RECEIVE ONE CALL from the service advisor kitty in TWO WEEKS. I had to call almost daily for updates on my own. I even called with no call backs on 4 occasions. I got the excuse that people were on vacation and no one could help me. I also was not offered a courtesy or rental car whatsoever so i have not had a car in 2 weeks and needed APPROVAL to get a shuttle home. I explained the Dyer need for my vehicle as I’m a single dad of a 15 month old daughter and i have to pick her up and want to be with her for the holidays. That didn’t matter whatsoever to anyone at this place. I guess i can take a votran to work and to see my daughter while owning one of GM’S top vehicles that sits in a showroom? So after two weeks i call and conveniently she tells me yea i just talked to him you were denied. So basically had to take two weeks out of my life to be told to piss off. I run a very large pest control company and have a retention rate of 98% and have been in the customer service industry for 16 years straight. It is blasphemy to tell a customer we can’t help you for two weeks, NO ONE IN THE ENTIRE COMPANY can help you because of the holidays??!! The review also said abuse and the vehicle had burnt rubber under it and new tires. Well the vehicle has 10,500 miles and the F1 Goodyear tires wear out, the fronts were even going bald, you can call discount tire and ask them to see the tires. They go bad around 10k miles. I bought this vehicle FOUR MONTHS AGO and have put 5k miles on it!! There isn’t any chance the previous owner abused it??!! Burnt rubber just magically disappears? My car is in showroom condition, but i do not detail the underside of the vehicle, do you NSB CHEVY? This is the worst i have ever been treated and i will never in my life return to this place or GM. 3,200 repair on this vehicle they wanted as well LOL!! 2017 ZL1!! Finally i will include the ONLY assistance i ever received from this location was not the service advisor, not management, but my sales consultant Mario Cervi. He is the only one to answer the phone, check on updates and try to help me out in ANY MANNER. This location doesn’t deserve a loyal, caring person like Mario. He is the definition of customer service. So thank you for being the only one to care. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE BECAUSE I AM!!!
