Best auto service I have ever had! The shift solenoid on my 2016 Ram 2500 failed as I was leaving town on Sunday (3/11) for a week long vacation trip. I limped the truck (in 4th gear) into NPCDJR at 7:00 am on Monday (3/12) without a prior appointment. Hollie Solano signed me in right away and quickly diagnosed the problem via onboard readout and confirmed that the correct parts were in stock. I left and obtained another vehicle to proceed with my trip. I was only about 25 miles away when Hollie called to say the truck was ready for pick-up. It was only a few minutes after 9 am! Very pleasantly surprised, I returned to find that all of the work was covered under the original warrantee and Hollie said she would send the paperwork to my email address so I could continue on my planned vacation trip. Best auto service I have ever had! More

Would not negotiate at all and rude to us My daughter and I drove 2 hours each way last Saturday with the intent of buying a used car we had seen advertised online. We really liked it and had My daughter and I drove 2 hours each way last Saturday with the intent of buying a used car we had seen advertised online. We really liked it and had wanted to buy and said we would if they would take $900 off the price. The guy came back and said they would take $1 (ONE DOLLAR!) off the price of the vehicle ($25 K cost). Then he was totally rude to us when we didn’t purchase it because he wouldn’t get his $500 flat commission. The manager never even spoke to us. So we drove 2 hours home. The very next day the salesman called my daughter to see if we were going to purchase the car. She was super excited and said we would buy it if they would take the $900 off. He said he would check and “call her right back”. He never called!! The very next day a different salesman left me a message that they had “great news” and to call him back on his cell. We were super happy thinking they would do the deal so I called him back. The “great news” is that the car hadn’t sold (it has been there over 2 months) and was still available. So disappointing. Worst experience ever at a car dealership. Felt like they spit in our faces offering $1 off the price and then teasing us 2 days in a row acting like they would negotiate. So upsetting!! More
