With the approach of winter, I was very interested in trading my Altima Coupe for an AWD Nissan Rogue. I had actually test driven a Rogue at Nissan of Murfreesboro but I guess they weren't interested in trading my Altima Coupe for an AWD Nissan Rogue. I had actually test driven a Rogue at Nissan of Murfreesboro but I guess they weren't interested in selling me one because they would never return my calls, and after a disastrous, high pressure buying experience with my Altima at Nissan of Cool Springs, I was not about to go there. While watching a commercial for Newton Nissan, I decided to check them out on the internet. They had good customer reviews so I took a look at their inventory on-line and found several cars that fit my criteria, which were incidentally cheaper than the ones I had seen at Nissan of Murfreesboro. I decided to submit a credit application on-line and within 15 minutes I received a phone call from Michael Brennon. He went over a few things on my application as well as discussed several cars that were on the lot that might interest me. I told him I would come by on Friday to check them out. Friday morning Michael called to see if I was planning on stopping by and said he was looking forward to working with me. When we arrived at the dealership it was slammed, perhaps because it was Black Friday. Michael was already with customers but he greeted me and led me to the cars I was interested in and assured me he would finish up shortly and be right with me. Apparently it was taking a little longer than he expected, but he came outside to see if I had questions and even brought the keys to the car I was interesed in. He told me to take it down the street for a test drive and that he should be finished up by the time I got back. When I returned it was time to talk numbers. I never felt pressured during the negotiations and Michael worked hard to make sure that I got the best deal possible and Scott King worked hard to make sure that I got the best interest rate possible. Due to the high volume of sales that day, it was taking everyone longer than usual to get in to complete all of their paperwork. However, we took the time to enjoy dinner and the detail guys were even able to get my car detailed so that we could drive it to dinner. An hour later, my paperwork was completed with Scott King who explained warranties- once again with no pressure to purchase. He also informed me that I was due a refund from Nissan of Cool Springs and how to receive it. As a single woman, this dealership took me seriously and I never once felt intimidated or pressured into anything which I very much appreciate. I would 100% recommend Michael and this dealership to my family and friends. They really put the needs and budget of the customer first which seems to be a thing of the past at other dealerships. More

Absolutely! My recent purchase was my 9th car buying experience and I have in the past hated all 8 of them, until now. I was so happy that I received Donnie because he was so knowledgable about the vehi experience and I have in the past hated all 8 of them, until now. The manager and gentleman in the finance office were also helpful. There was a couple of more thins I wanted to add to the truck and Joey was very helpful getting the additions. The parts department people were friendly and answered all my question and got what I wanted in a timely manner. The sevice department staff was very nice and got my truck right in and got one of the additions taken care of quickly. So far my experience with the dealershp has been very pleasant. More
We came in to see what our options were for trading in a used vehicle that we had previously purchased at Newton Nissan. We added one to our family and needed a bigger vehicle.
