If you want to feel "at home" and be treated like a member of the family, Nexcar is where you should buy your vehicle. Honesty is one of the best qualities in people and when it transfers throughout a business, it is rare and exceptional. This dealership has bent over backwards for my needs and/or concerns with my 2010 Chevy Equinox that I purchased from there less than a year ago. It is truly a family owned dealership with a southern hospitality charm. Today I called Nexcar because I was having problems with my car battery. I went to a service shop in the Houston medical center and felt like I was being ripped off. I called Nexcar and personally talked to Mr. Mike Nguyen, one of the mechanics, who advised me just to bring my car by Nexcar and he would look at it when I brought it in. I drove straight there and he told me the other service shop was over charging me and he was able to get the part I needed and repaired it promptly and swiftly. While I was waiting everyone greeted me and made known if I was in need of any assistance I could call on anyone of them. The general manager, Mr Scot Seim, even said hello to me and remembered my name and car that was sold to me. This dealership has changed my perspective on car dealerships and keeps giving me the best customer and quality experience. I will recommend this family dealership to anyone who needs a vehicle and I will only buy my cars from them.
