They tried to put me in something that I didn’t want and on top of that they took my money and don’t want to give it back they told me that 500 dollars is for holding the vehicle so that no one can see the on top of that they took my money and don’t want to give it back they told me that 500 dollars is for holding the vehicle so that no one can see the vehicle until you get there to see the vehicle then they say is nonrefundable so therefore they are taking your money I don’t want to return it back to you I think that’s a gimmick and they should be here liable for that no one has $500 to give them just so nobody can see the vehicle until you see it then they lied saying vehicle had been paid for when you had not been paid for the manager there with Cole in a big lie because I called to the loan company myself and found out the truth about the whole situation so I rate them as being very nasty people to deal with and they will get what’s coming to them I reported them to the Better Business Bureau they should not tell people to give them $500 to haul any into Eddie and tell you is now refilled fundable More
Just like other reviews. I live an hour away so worked an acceptable deal over the phone to be sure I did not waste an hour drive. They told me I needed to come to the dealership ASAP so Christmas eve m an acceptable deal over the phone to be sure I did not waste an hour drive. They told me I needed to come to the dealership ASAP so Christmas eve morning, I confirmed my appointment with Ryan and drove to the dealership. When I got there, I was assigned a new salesman who knew nothing of the deal with Ryan. For "some reason" Ryan was not available. New deal was $4K more. Then the games began. I was told no dealerships were making any deals and they shook my hand and told me to have a nice day. More
The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I showed up to the dealership with my own financing, and a 3.24% APR through my bank. The salesman was adamant on running my credit and I refused numerous times bec the dealership with my own financing, and a 3.24% APR through my bank. The salesman was adamant on running my credit and I refused numerous times because I knew there’s no way they could beat my APR. Anyway, the truck initially was $31,291 when I arrived, and by the time everything was all said and done, they had tacked on almost $9,000 in additional charges bringing the total to just slightly over $40,000. I couldn’t believe what they were showing me. Not to mention they were trying to charge $2,300 for a “reconditioning fee”, which the dealership is supposed to take care of and not the customer. Plus the truck had dried spilled milk on the leather seats in back, and dirt covered the outside. How could it possibly have been “reconditioned” in the condition the truck was in. Brock Bhatti and Erick Everly are absolute crooks and I wouldn’t recommend anyone using Nissan of Greenville unless you just want to get screwed out of your money. More
I am going to attempt to articulate how horrible of an experience I had at this dealership. This was my first time purchasing a car by myself, as I am newly single. I drove all the way from Austin, af experience I had at this dealership. This was my first time purchasing a car by myself, as I am newly single. I drove all the way from Austin, after having shopped online extensively, thinking that I had found a good deal on a truck. I was being helped by Zac, and we exchanged text messages prior to my trip, during which I told him that I was looking for a payment of no more than $650, with a grand total of less than $40K out the door. When I arrived, he went back and forth with me, which is to be expected, but we landed on less than $40K out the door, with $675 payments. He had me sign a piece of paper with warranties that I said I did not want. Once I noticed that he had snuck these in, I told him that I would agree to the above deal contingent upon him taking the warranties out, and my out the door price, again, being less than $40K. He verbally agreed, and I was pushed into finance. This brings me to Nick Popplewell, who attempted to bully me into warranties that I had already been told were taken off. Nonetheless, he spent over an hour trying to speak as to why I needed all of these warranties. At one point, he provided me with a personal anecdote about how he had wished he had had GAP coverage when he had been drinking and driving and totaled his vehicle as result. I was adamant that I did not want to pay for any of these warranties, because the truck already came with a warranty from Chevrolet due to the mileage. He then told me that the bank would give me a interest lower rate if I selected one of the warranties at the time of signing, but I could cancel any time. When I cancelled, he explained that it would bring my monthly payment down, since he was now telling me that my only option for a lower interest rate was $700/month, despite having signed for $675 with Zac. In his office, I also asked him to ensure that the truck itself was less than 40K. He literally looked at his computer and said “yep.” Because I was in a time crunch, and had to be to work back near Austin (of which they were very aware), I glossed over the paperwork, and he said he would send me copies at a later date due to the fact that I still had to send the title for my trade in. Upon receipt of the paperwork, I noticed that he has put the tire and windshield warranties in for a high cost. The truck itself was, in fact, above $40K, and the out the door cost being WELL above $40K. I confronted him about this, and was essentially ignored. He said that they could not sell used cars without the tire and windshield warranty from their dealership. When I cancelled the other warranty that he told me would lower my payment (but ensure my lower rate) he flat out denied having ever said this, and went on to say that it would just take an amount off of my total loan. Both employees, Zac and Nick, were incredibly disingenuous and are outright liars. I was blatantly and strategically taken advantage of, which I feel is because of the fact that I was alone, and am a female. They also knew that I didn’t have a huge amount of time. For these individuals to verbally agree to a contract and later deny this is reprehensible. Verbal contracts are, in fact, binding and enforceable in the state of Texas. This entire deal was predatory and smeared the reputation of not only this dealership, but salesmen in general. STAY FAR AWAY. More
My daughter and I purchased a new car on May 15th 2021. Finance tried to rush my daughter in the signing process and didn't explain anything her first new car. (I wasn't present at purchase just on speaker Finance tried to rush my daughter in the signing process and didn't explain anything her first new car. (I wasn't present at purchase just on speaker phone with her part of the time.) No paperwork was given to her on day of purchase, they wouldn't negotiate on the price, wouldn't drop any of the "Greenville package" like lifetime warranty for window tint and other unwanted items that they charged and additional price. She also had no center caps on wheels on her NEW car. They wouldn't take off another new car she had to come back on another day to get those. When we finally received paperwork (10 DAYS LATER) there were some discrepancies that were very upsetting. When I tried to call dealership I could never hardly get a real person, just get an automated voice- select department send you to email that was not set up. If you did get a person it was sales people who would then switch you to mgmt, finance, acct with no one answering phone. I received an email from a customer service representative just checking in on purchase, emailed them never heard back. So after leaving a bad review online of my experience I was contacted within 1 hour. New general manager said he had only been on job 4 days and was not there on day of purchase, he was very nice, wanted to resolve issue make me happy. After he reviewed issues we had with original paperwork. He wanted to redo paperwork and agreed should have never happened. he said he would deal with internal issues. So I thought issue was being worked out with General Manager J Franco. He was trying to make us happy so I took down my review. I even posted a positive review. Closed my complaint with Nissan consumer affairs. I wanted to give this guy a chance since he apparent walked into a bad situation. So my daughter resigned papers on May 28th and got her center caps put on. They drove papers to me to sign since i live farther away and I resigned papers on May 29th at my work place. So now the only thing we need is a copy of the signed documents for our records. I can't get them to send, not getting an answer from GM anymore (did once said he would take care of it), my daughter has called dealership several times, called sales person, text salesperson with no response. So it is now June 13th and we have no copies of documents we signed. I have bought numerous cars over the years and never had anything even close to an experience like this. Sharing my experience so it doesn't happen to someone else. More
So far I can tell you that service doesn’t answer phone. Extended warranty on car, pshhh!!! Lied to about that by the finance manager, what a joke. So tired of people lying to consumers and not being held Extended warranty on car, pshhh!!! Lied to about that by the finance manager, what a joke. So tired of people lying to consumers and not being held accountable. Management I advise you fix this. I assure you I will make sure I blast repeatedly the incompetence of your dealership daily. No one returns calls. Phone system won’t let you leave a message unless you know the extension. Furthermore leaving a message does no good because your employees don’t call you back. You are a horrendous dealership. Fix it please. More
I bought the best truck I've ever owned from the worst dealer I've ever dealt with. The lies over the phone about incentives to get me there apparently is the norm. They scratched my new truck during a o dealer I've ever dealt with. The lies over the phone about incentives to get me there apparently is the norm. They scratched my new truck during a oil change and not only called me a liar, but had a independent source to repair it outside in bad conditions. It turned out to be worse than the scratch. I paid $1300. To get it fixed elsewhere out of my pocket. They made it clear it wasn't there concern to make it right More
