Great...but Final resolution was fantastic but the initial attempt at just adding some air, checking all four tires for correct pressure and sending me down the r Final resolution was fantastic but the initial attempt at just adding some air, checking all four tires for correct pressure and sending me down the road was unacceptable. The final resolution was a tire replacement which was covered under warranty/road hazard. This took about two hours to acomplish. Not good! More

Tom (our used car salesman) was great. He wasn’t pushy, we were pretty realistic with our needs. He had multiple children himself, so he understood what we needed from our SUV.
