Last Thursday ( 1-24-13 )in 16 below zero temps., my heater blower failed. A quick call to "Team Nissan North" got the ball in motion for repairs. I dropped the car off that afternoon as they had the parts in stock. I expected the car back late Friday. Much to my happiness I received a call Friday morning around 9:00 from Eric to inform me my car was ready to go. When I got there, I was once again greeted by friendly personnel and the car was washed and ready to go. This is a work vehicle for me; so prompt repair was of utmost importance. Once again "Team Nissan North" came through with flying colors. Thanks again guys. More

My company car, A Versa would not start a couple days ago. It was towed into Team Nissan North. Chris and Murray met me at the door and immediatly brought the car in the door for Jeff to check out, as I ago. It was towed into Team Nissan North. Chris and Murray met me at the door and immediatly brought the car in the door for Jeff to check out, as I explained I needed it ASAP to do my job. Jeff determined promptly a fuel pump had failed. Richie in parts started trying to locate one and was able to get one Fed_Ex'ed by the following day. ( they were on factory back-order). Murray kept me statused over the phone and arranged for a rental while mine was in the shop. Chris checked in a few times to be sure things were going to my satisfaction. The repairs were done promptly and competently by Jeff. The car was washed when I came in to pick it up. Everyone in the dealership were very friendly and attentive to my issue. If you were dissatisfied by the previous management at this location, I recommend you give them another try--- Things have changed for the better. 5 thumbs up!! More

Walked in during Black Friday weekend, this dealership had just opened only 6 days prior, yet I was greeted instantly and given a great test drive. Eric was absolutely terrific, worked out numbers that ma had just opened only 6 days prior, yet I was greeted instantly and given a great test drive. Eric was absolutely terrific, worked out numbers that made sense to me in a very short time. Before I knew it I was driving out in a brand new vehicle. When the controls weren't working properly Eric did some quick research and discovered that a fuse was not plugged in properly, which instantly resolved the issue. On top of that, one of my employees went there and bought my old Murano two days later, mostly because they were treated so well there. Great staff there all around!! More
