Bad customer service. Had my 2 cars service oil change and tire rotation took close to 3 hours. No updates. Melady provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. I will definitely be back and she is the only person I want to work with. I arrived early early to my appointment and Melady was away from he to end. I will definitely be back and she is the only person I want to work with. I arrived early early to my appointment and Melady was away from her desk. I stood there for 10-15 minutes and not one of the other service providers acknowledged me. Many of the other service providers walked by me and around me. Not one of them greeted me or even said hello. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and that is just unacceptable in the service industry. How can you want customers to come back over and over to support your business but we can’t get a simple hello. If is wasn’t for the excellent service that Melady provide I would not return to have my car serviced at the dealership. I hope that management will address this issue with their employees. More
Took car in for oil change. I had an appointment. After waiting for 2 hours for the oil change, I was told that they hadn’t even pulled my car in yet. Asked for my keys back multiple times and was told tha waiting for 2 hours for the oil change, I was told that they hadn’t even pulled my car in yet. Asked for my keys back multiple times and was told that car wouldn’t start. Watched service play with battery and then said that my steering wheel sensor went out which is under the steering wheel. Paid $602 to have steering wheel sensor repaired. I googled this when I got home, found that this computer check could be cause by a fuse behind the battery. Now I know why they were messing with my battery and acting like my terminals was loose! My wife and I have been coming to this location for year with her car and mine. While waiting for my oil change I was looking at a car for my granddaughter. BUT AFTER BEING CHEATED, I WILL NEVER GIVE THE MY BUSINESS AGAIN! I hope the $602 was worth the loss of a faithful customer. The reviews I emailed after my service did not even mention the replacement of the sensor. I wish there was a zero rating on here. Plus half the employees were not wearing mask. Many of the ones that would wearing mask, had them on wrong. 4 1/2 for an oil change and being cheated! I didn’t speak to either of the people listed for service! More
