You should look at your messages, I called 5 times over a week period with no responses, the fact that you fought the credit card charge reversal says it all, I'm over it-scamming people passing through town is not a good business model btw.

I am sorry, I just noticed you responded to my review on Dealer Rater. I wish you had maybe given us a call so we would have known you responded and took our problems seriously. I will give you a call when I can, I work in the oil field, not always easy to call. I am going to let you know everything that we have found wrong since you worked on it. As I said in the initial review, you changed a transmission that didn't need to changed. When we left the lot it had the same exact problem. We changed the battery, per information I read on Nissan forums, and it 100% went away. You also didn't fix the back windshield wiper, but your technicians did manage to put it back in backwards of course after telling us the problems are not covered under our extended warranty based on some accident you detected (which we received clean car fax from your Toyota store) and find no evidence of a wreck ourselves. Various clips the vehicle had when we brought it in are now missing as is a part cover under the hood. The radiator fan now shakes, it didn't before (I can't say you caused this, but it is new and started immediately after you serviced our Nissan vehicle).
