Aaron was very unprofessional my car went in needing an alternator and came out with two or three more problems and they said that it wasn't caused by something that they did, it took him over 3 weeks to g alternator and came out with two or three more problems and they said that it wasn't caused by something that they did, it took him over 3 weeks to get back with me about my car he went on vacation for a week and call me after his vacation was over, I will never do business with them again and I do not recommend this car lot to anybody More
The dealership was clean and neat. They had different areas to sit and wait on my car. The employees were all pleasant and nice. Offered snacks or/and coffee while I waited. My last couple of visits have NOT been all that inviting. I’m used to working with Eric, the nice representative. However, during the last two visits, I’ve had to work with another rep (Daniel). During today I’m used to working with Eric, the nice representative. However, during the last two visits, I’ve had to work with another rep (Daniel). During today’s visit as well as my last one, his energy level and customer service skills have lacked. Upon arrival, ot appeared that I was ignored for the first few minutes even though he wasn’t with an actual customer. It wasn’t until another customer walked up that he decided to assist me. I’m used to Eric eagerly greeting me at my car door. Today’s visit started with him telling me that it wasn’t time for an oil change (I.e:, he was too lazy to walk over and check the mileage/sticker initially). Instead, he asked “me” what the mileage was ( I honestly couldn’t remember). Next, he appeared to “question” whether or not I had an actual appointment ( I DID). Finally, he refused to accept a coupon that I KNOW that he accepted during my last visit. On the way home, I also somewhat questioned the service recommendations ( filters). The filter he showed me was disgusting. It appears that he likely should have brought this to my attention during my last boss it in February. I simply don’t recall him showing this to me. Otherwise, I definitely would not have let it get to this point. Overall, Daniel needs work where his customer service skills are concerned. More
They don’t pay attention to detail . I leave details on what I want done on my vehicle usually with a coupon. Rarely do they apply the discount and rarely do they apply all my request.
