I visited four other car dealers in the process of purchasing a new car. Randy Goodin stood out from the pack in terms of knowledge, integrity, patience, attitude, and performance. David is great. Friendly and professional. He is what brought me back to the dealership a second time. The first time I looked at late model used, (Not worth it) and then went to 6 other dealerships and brought me back to the dealership a second time. The first time I looked at late model used, (Not worth it) and then went to 6 other dealerships and looked at several used and a few new - but decided I was better off buying new. (Not that big of a price difference and then I would know what I was getting.) When I chose to buy new, I went back to buy it from David. I must say however, the sales manager and "middle man" negotiators were difficult and kept trying to manipulate the payments and loan term rather than the price. They finally came down just a little bit on the actual price (a few hundred dollars) from where they started after I pointed out they were just messing with loan term and monthly payments. The additional $2250 Nissan cash back applied to the price was nice- but I still think they had more room for negotiation. They did give me almost high blue book trade in value for my trade. I love my 2010 Xterra. It's an awesome car. No question there. I would recommend David as a salesperson - but if I had it to do over again- when it comes to the sales manager - I'd start negotiating on the price -not the payments right from the start. More

I first met David Brown, Dealer at Rustom Nissan, at Taco Bell while having lunch with a friend. I was impressed with David's friendly, out going personality. Our conversation turned to our professions and David shared he was a Dealer at Nissan, it seemed heaven sent as I was looking to purchase a vehicle. We exchanged numbers and David, being true to the Dealer that he is, contacted me. He graciously invited me to come to his office to see what he could do to put me in a ride that would meet me where I was at finacialy, naturally, I accepted. Not knowing exactly where we were going David guided us into the dealershop via the phone and was waiting outside to greet us. Apon arriving at the dealership, David introduced my friend and I to some of his co-dealers which made us feel right at home. It was more like walking into his home and being introduced to his family. We began our such of the lot. David answered all of our questions with pleasure and for those he did'nt have answers to he quickly found them. Working with David to find me a car was more like chatting with a friend. We laughed, reminisced like old friends from the same neighborhood. It was truly a pleasure working with David Brown. And although I was unable to purchase my vehicle from Nissan, I am still in contact with David. And, I totally, whith total confidence, tell all my friends to go to David for there car buying needs. My wife and I had been in the market for a small SUV. My wife is a loyal Honda owner, and had been considering a CRV, but we couldn't find one reasonably priced. In driving around we happened upon the Nissan Rouge. It was comparable to what we had found in the CRV and Rav 4 that we had previously test driven, but we didn't know much about it. We met Chris H at Rustom Nissan, who promptly asked us about previous models we had looked at. He asked about Nissan, and directed us toward the Rouge. We hadn't really considered Nissan, since we both tended to favor Toyota and Honda, but he got us a key and went for a test drive. He explained the options and the pros and cons of the Rouge. Overall, the car was great. Certified used model with good care and maintenance. The car was to be for my wife, and I left the decision up to her. She was happy with the handling, and especially the room. With 2 small boys, the desire for something larger that doesn't require bending over is a huge plus. Chris was extremely helpful. We were give our options and sorted out the financing. We headed home to make some calls and look over our finances. I stopped in again, Chris was off, but spoke to Randy who was also just as professional and answered all our questions. Within the week we had our Rouge and so far no major complaints. My wife would have liked a few more features (Leather, Multi CD, Cargo Cover, etc) but for the price and the great service, we will definitely consider another Nissan from Rustom. I was extremely satisfied and impressed with my car purchasing experience at Rustom. To put it simply, I was blown away by how good of a price I was able to get for my new Versa. After a day spent driving cars our last stop was Rustom Nissan. Despite the fact that there was only one used vehicle on the lot of the model we were looking for, the experience we had David Brown was ref Nissan. He was friendly without being pushy and very helpful in finding the answers to all our questions. Both my husband and I were quite pleased when we realized we would not have to spend another hour playing games with a salesman. We explained we were in the preliminary stages of buying a new car. David heard this and proceeded to offer good information with a great sense of humor. The dealership is very presentable, clean cars and has a unique approach to customers.
