I tried to make an appointment for my first service at this new Nissan dealership and could NEVER get a call back. I tried both by phone and live chat online. I finally left a message for "Thomas", the Service Manager and, no surprise...no call back. I then went into the dealership and left a message with the receptionist for the General Manager, "Gustavo" to call me and he also NEVER returned my call!! What's with the culture of this dealership that they don't know the definition of customer service?? At LEAST the courtesy of a return call.
