I tried for 2 days to get help with a check engine problem. I was told it would take 2 hours to assess, but couldn't do that the first day because it was only 3 hours until closing time and they could problem. On the second day, after leaving the car for 3 hours, I was told they would have to keep the car for 2 or more days because they were too busy to get to it. I will not be back. Love most of the employees. They're customer service is consistent with the exception of one or two Service Advisors.
