I made an appointmemt to go to the maintenance center at 8/26 am 8 clock.around 9 clock,they informed me that I would not be able to pick up the car until 3 clock in the afternoon,I offered to give me a spa 8/26 am 8 clock.around 9 clock,they informed me that I would not be able to pick up the car until 3 clock in the afternoon,I offered to give me a spare car or have a car to take me home,but was rejected ,I really very disappointed with you guys,how bad could your service be? Service department technicians Jesus & Ulysses assisted me with my recent error code for my 2005 Honda Odyssey radio. Fixing the radio was not the issue. When we disconnected the battery, a small piece o me with my recent error code for my 2005 Honda Odyssey radio. Fixing the radio was not the issue. When we disconnected the battery, a small piece of the battery connector dropped inside the engine and we could not find it (due to my carelessness). Ulysses searched endlessly to find a number of substitute parts to replace the small piece. Finally after a minimum of 45 minutes , Ulysses found a piece that temporarily fixed the issue. You do not get service like this all the time. I appreciate this type of service and I hope you let them know they represented West Covina Norm Reeves well. More

This review is dedicated to Trinity Guzman! She was very helpful and patient when we spoke on the phone. She guided me through the details of my car AC warranty. Due to the 10 years extension on AC warranty helpful and patient when we spoke on the phone. She guided me through the details of my car AC warranty. Due to the 10 years extension on AC warranty, Trinny helped me to get the inspection fee covered. They found out my car ac condenser was leaking which the warranty covered for it, as well as the inspection fee. Because of Trinity, I did not have to pay a dime for my car service which I'm very thankful and lucky to find the right employee to help! Trinity is such an asset to Honda company. She represents the company well and that with the mindset of "Good customer service comes before money". Thank you very much Trinity for your help!
