Supra and the first time in the service department hear in Bakersfield the dealership destroyed the paint on both removable roof panels. I agreed to let them paint the panels and within a year they were fading and didn’t match the balance of the car. Fast forward to now and I finally decided to try to purchase another Toyota. I purchased a Camry two weeks ago and had to take it in for installation of the balance of my balance of my accessories. I dropped off my perfect showroom fresh Camry and when I came back 8 hours later I was given a used looking car with a 6” scratch on the trunk lid. Now they want to paint the trunk lid; here I go again, North Bakersfield Toyota’s service department delivers extremely poor service. Toyota makes a fine vehicle, North Bakersfield Toyota sales staff is helpfull, the sales staff's support is very bad (it took 2 hours to purchase my car for cash) but DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
