When I contacted the dealer online, they said the price was $2000 more than what was indicated on cars.com. I had to go in to hold them to the price published online. Love this dealership! North Park Subaru. Clean but this is the 1st time I've been there where there were fuel fumes. In the upstairs waiting area was the worst. Downstairs North Park Subaru. Took my car in to just get a flat fixed, and it took three hours. I was there at 7:30 AM and did not leave till almost 1030. I had to go up to the service people and ask them “where is my car”?. The man three hours. I was there at 7:30 AM and did not leave till almost 1030. I had to go up to the service people and ask them “where is my car”?. The man got up and walked to another desk and found my paperwork among other paper work marked “WAITER” he said the man that was helping me left for the day, I’m like” and nobody bothered to even look at his paperwork”. If I hadn’t asked for my car, I would still be there. Worst service ever!!! Will never go back. More
The dealer conducts a professional operation that inspires confidence and ease of mind to the buyer. The receptionist was attentive and connected me to the salesman with whom I had an appointment. inspires confidence and ease of mind to the buyer. The receptionist was attentive and connected me to the salesman with whom I had an appointment. The salesman was open and willing to make a deal with me. He was not upset when I disagreed with the dealer offer for my trade-in. In fact, he inquired as to my research derived asking price and ultimately accepted my requirement (after speaking with the manager). They also worked with me on the price as I also disagreed with their valuation. This will change in every instance but I ended up getting 4K more on my trade-in and 2K off the asking price. More

I told Jeremy I would be there today 7/27 with my mechanic and buy it if all checks out. he said ok it hadn't even gone through their inspection yet and wasn't on the lot. Called this am to let him know we were on our way and he said the car was sold! I was stunned! I communicated with the guy all day yesterday with 7 texts and many phone calls. The guy was awful about it and tried to pawn it off on someone else and stated he didn't sell it. He said what did i want him to do about it? he said this is how we do things here. He didn't say sorry even though i had asked him to contact me before anyone else expressed interest. What a joke. More

They had a car listed at MSRP that they didnt have in stock... Told me to put a deposit down for which I filled out the form for. Called me later to ask about my trade in and then told me that the car stock... Told me to put a deposit down for which I filled out the form for. Called me later to ask about my trade in and then told me that the car I was interested in they were marking up 10k... 25% over msrp they also told me they would have 2500+$ in dealer addons Tint/nitrogen filled tires/clear coat... that were not optional even though they werent even applied to the car yet. I wouldnt recommend them considering there are plenty of Toyota dealerships who dont price gouge over msrp. More

I have had a long history as a customer at NPT. I have purchased numerous vehicles from them and sold a few to them as well. This review is dealing with my most recent dealing with them in that I s I have purchased numerous vehicles from them and sold a few to them as well. This review is dealing with my most recent dealing with them in that I sold them a 2016 Lexus NX that I had originally purchased from them a few years ago. The problems arose out of the fact that they would simply not honor any of their statements to me. I was assured that I would be paid the equity I had in the vehicle within 30 days of the deal being signed. The delay in up to 30 days was that they would not pay me my equity until the lien holder SSFCU had transmitted to them the title. I didn't think much of this until 3 weeks + and I start calling. Every single person that I spoke to assures me that it would be handled soon and that my equity check would be hand delivered from the dealership because of the delay. They stated over and over that they were waiting for the title. I found out that the title had been released from the state title agency on the 8th of March. 10 days after the sale was signed. In further calls to the dealership I was assured that the title had not been delivered and that they would call me the day it was received so I would have an idea of when I would receive my payment. I called yesterday, 27 March, to inquire about the status. The multiple people who had given me their direct cell numbers and extensions routinely did not answer the phone or return messages. When I finally worked my way through 4-5 transfers to speak someone who knew what was going on, I was told that the specific individual was unavailable and that I would need to call back later in the day. I called the dealership and repeated this process 4 times before a very annoyed staff member told that there was no way to help because the people I needed to talk with had left for the day. Sending that I needed to escalate this matter to a manager with integrity and a sense of customer service I asked to speak to the general manager, who I had been informed was still in the office. This resulted in me being transferred to a few other people before speaking with the manager of new car sales. I expressed that since he was not in a department that oversaw this type of transaction, I was doubtful as to his ability to help me. He assured me that he could and would deal with it and to signal his commitment he would text me his personal cell number when we hung up so I could speak to him directly in the future and that he would personally call me first thing this morning with a status update and leave a message if I was unavailable. He did not text his number. He did call this morning and failed to leave a message. (Note this is because a recording explaining how they screwed up would reflect poorly upon him and the dealership, as it should) When I called back today and went through several transfers to get to "the one person" dedicated to helping me, he stated that the title had been received this morning and my check would be cut this week. It felt incredible, my title had just arrived this morning? Then he admitted that the dealership "might have" been in possession of the title for several days, but that everything should be good since he followed up with me. I merely pointed out that he had not followed up with me. I had pursued this relentlessly. He had, in fact, not texted me his number as stated nor did he leave a message as promised. Multiple staff members at this dealership promised to notify me when the title came in, and none did so. Despite the fact that they had received the title on 17 March according to state title and USPS records. Now the dealership is saying that they cannot send a runner out to deliver the check to my home as promised four different times. They claim they will send the check fedex overnight, but I have yet to receive a tracking number. This dealership does not have integrity or respect the customers who do business with them. I would suggest not doing business with them More
