We built our new Toyota and used car dealership with all the comfort and convenience you expect in your own home. With several lounge areas to relax in while you wait for your new or used car to have auto service or car repair done, whether it be in one of our leather couches, rocking chairs, or surrounded by one of our fireplaces; inside or out! Our childrens play area makes our store fun for the little ones while our internet cafe is popular with all ages. We offer complimentary drinks and snacks at our La Paletera cafe during your visit and additional entrees include breakfast tacos, enchiladas, sandwiches, fruit cups, paletas, ice cream, milk shakes and more! While you enjoy your lunch you can look through our auto service windows to watch your Toyota being serviced by our Toyota Certified Technicians. This place is horrible i am a part owner in a dealership in Oklahoma these salesman at toyota would be fired so fast. This place has a lack of care for used cars so much bird droppings on vehicles making it almost a hazmat situation to touch them cars are dirty and flat tires on some. Then being harassed because salesman didnt get his commissions. Never again will iwe come here.

I spoke to Tania Eubanks on the phone the very same day I wrote this review and gave her every opportunity to make things right. She in short said that it was not her responsibility and she took no accountability for the actions/inactions of her staff or their outright lies. Not sure what emailing her will do that speaking to her on the phone could not. This is simply not even a good faith or well informed response to my review. Though to be honest I should not be surprised at how poorly this dealership operates.

Yes i was waiting to get my keys thinking 5 minutes and other people who came after me got serve. There is two lines and the one i was in there was too much conversation fir one customer.
