I had a great experience buying a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. Our sales consultant John Guerrera was very helpful, friendly and fair. I liked North Plainfield Nissan more than the other Nissan dealers I visited. We have several other Nissan dealerships within 10 minutes of our home, but we always go to visit Shawn at North Plainfield Nissan whenever it's time for a new (or used) car. From day 1, we explain minutes of our home, but we always go to visit Shawn at North Plainfield Nissan whenever it's time for a new (or used) car. From day 1, we explained our situation to him; that we were "just looking" and he respected that by giving us our space, but always was ready with answers to any of our questions we may have had. I was sold by his respect and attitude from that point on, and have been a loyal customer for many years. We have bought several cars from him, as well as my father and sister. I can't recommend Sean enough. With all the "vultures" at other dealships, he is a breath of fresh air in the "car dealership world." We've never had any issues with the service department; they have always been fast to bring us in and quick to get our cars back to us, whether it was the free oil changes, tire rotations, or any other issues that might have come up. I recently visited the dealership looking for a car and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. First off, I was NOT attacked as soon as I got out of my car. I was able to walk the aroundand just look was pleasantly surprised by my experience. First off, I was NOT attacked as soon as I got out of my car. I was able to walk the aroundand just look at all the cars. Only when I walked inside was I asked if I could be helped. My salesman was extremely helpful, willing to take me to see multiple cars and never once did I feel like I was bothering him or vice versa. Once I had selected my car, they immediately took in to be detailed and it only took about an hour from start to finish. While waiting I found out that I get free oil changes and other service free for the time I own my car. That in itself was a huge selling point to me. Needless to say I will definitely recommend this dealership, and by the way you will not find a better brand of car out there. I have replaced two Hondas with Nissans and glad I did. Stop by and you will see they are a great dealership. Thanks. More

We already knew what we were interested in buying, and had done our homework. Next logical step was to visit few local dealerships and get the best price, hopefully without any hassle. North Plainfiel had done our homework. Next logical step was to visit few local dealerships and get the best price, hopefully without any hassle. North Plainfield Nissan was very professional from the start. We requested the test drive, and they gave us the key to test drive the vehicle without accompanying us. As an educated car buyer, it made the difference as when you have wife and young baby with you trying to figure out the comfort and drive, last thing you want is sales rep sitting with you. It allowed as to freely and independently judge the car. Back at dealership, sales rep & manager were very professional and polite and made the whole experience excellent. Only thing they should do better is to hurry up the paperwork process from the moment we agreed on deal to the moment we were all set to drive the new car home or offer some sort of concierge service to do the paperwork and delivery in comfort of one's own home. With parents with young kids, that would make a world of difference. More

I was met by a friendly sales person. I did not feel pushed. I was pretty leary of buying a new car and some of my previous visits to dealerships was less than pleasant. I am a single female first tim pushed. I was pretty leary of buying a new car and some of my previous visits to dealerships was less than pleasant. I am a single female first time car buyer and needless to say i was feeling defensive and ready to run. I found the opposite of my doomsday expectations at North Plainfield Nissan. I was treated with respect, courtesy, and honest concern. My sales rep was Sidhu Sukhjindei, "Sid". The sales staff worked with me and i left feeling that i made a great deal with a beautiful new car off the showroom floor. I did have opportunity to interact with the service dept and it was courteous and fairly fast. More
