2013 Ford F-150 Northeast car connection was an all around good experience. Cory my salesman hooked me up with the perfect jeep that I instantly knew was the one. He was polite and courteous in helping me reach my final decision. Awesome Experience I was referred to Humberto at NE Auto Connection by my Insurance Agent. I went online looked at their inventory, and called Humberto to set up an app I was referred to Humberto at NE Auto Connection by my Insurance Agent. I went online looked at their inventory, and called Humberto to set up an appointment that night. I knew going in what vehicle I wanted. Once I got onto the lot, I wasn't pressured by the typical sales approach. I walked in and asked for Humberto. Once I got to look at the car, and took a test drive I was very pleased. Brian ran my credit and was able to get me a really great deal and approval for the vehicle. Humberto was very patient with me through the whole experience, especially when I was filling out my paperwork. I choose not to take the vehicle home the night I signed paperwork so the next day so certain things could be better detailed. Humberto was off the next day, but told me he would be in to make sure when I took the car home I was pleased with the detailing. Sure enough the next day when I came to pick up the vehicle Humberto was working, and made sure I left happy (which I did). This was a great experience.
