There was no high pressure, he was patient while it took driving several cars before I made up my mind. I purchased a 2012 Passat diesel which I love. Northtowne was out of the car I was wanting and although I was told it would take at least 2 to 3 months to receive, it was delivered within 4 weeks. This is my 3rd VW but I can honestly say the treatment I received at Northtowne was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend Northtowne. More

In August of 2011, my wife and I were facing replacing the entire fuel line of one of our cars. The cost of this replacement would easily reach $1,000.00 or more. Jason, Tom, and the guys were extremely courteous, kind, and patient. This was not something that we were planning to rush into and just buy the first vehicle that looked and drove fine. We test drove the CX-7 and loved it! The 0% financing, no down payment for 90 days, and dollar incentives were too good to pass up; however, it was the staff at Northtowne that made the difference. They treated us with respect and that is what we were not getting at the other dealerships. Even today, they still treat us as if we are customers. He was also very knowledgeable about Mazda products which, again, helped me determine which vehicle was best suited for my needs in a vehicle. Tom was very friendly, helpful, patient and I felt he really cared about helping me find the best vehicle and finance option for me. I trust Tom and his advice.
