Very Satisfying Buying Experience I want to relate the excellent service that I received when visiting Northtowne Hyundai in Kansas City. I was looking for an Elantra because I had re I want to relate the excellent service that I received when visiting Northtowne Hyundai in Kansas City. I was looking for an Elantra because I had rented one earlier and really liked the car. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Adriano Termini who was very cordial and professional and "likable". After telling Adriano what I was interest in, he also suggested a Sonata Sport which he arranged for me to drive. After driving the Sonata, I found it met my needs better. Unfortunately, they did not have the car in the color that I wanted. Adriano offered to find such a car and was very accommodating. The next several days we communicated by phone, text, and email negotiating and arriving rather quickly at a fair price. I picked up my new Sonata up last Wednesday and I can say that I have never had a more pleasant buying experience in many years. Adriano made it easy. He was very accommodating and never used high pressure selling. I will return again! Thanks Adriano. More

Used car is a moneypit Purchased a 2011 Elantra in April, seemed like a great car but is a horror. It was in the shop twice in 3 months (30 day warranty expired) but they di Purchased a 2011 Elantra in April, seemed like a great car but is a horror. It was in the shop twice in 3 months (30 day warranty expired) but they did help a little on cost. All 4 tires have cups on them which couldn't be seen by us at purchase. Cheapest tires we've found is $100 ea with $100 alignment fee. The "check engine" light is on and that requires $75 diagnosis fee plus who knows what the cost will be for this problem. An engine from another car was put into this one, so it could have been going bad also. We are a Senior couple and cannot afford all these costs within 5 months of purchase! The car was not ready to be sold and the dealership should make this "check engine" problem right at no cost to us. We could possibly have to make pmts on a parked car having been first time customers with a dishonorable dealership. More
