I had a 1030 appointment for an oil change, oil filter change, air cabin filter change, and added a car wash. It took two hours to complete. I appreciate the service but would likely go to a different Chevy location next time. Was scheduled at 10am for a LOF that was sold to us at the time of purchase, met by a Jen who had an attitude until Tony walked over and agreed to the 10am time which was made by phone several days prior. the time of purchase, met by a Jen who had an attitude until Tony walked over and agreed to the 10am time which was made by phone several days prior. We waited in the waiting room area until about 2pm when told our car was ready. This same lady(Jen) gave us the paperwork and said our car was ready, as walking out to the car I saw the tires were not rotated with a note that they could not find the lug nut lock bolt, we were less than 50 feet inside the dealership so I took the keys back to Jen and said I wanted the the tires totaled, Tony showed up and had the service done, it was now almost 3pm. The waiting area was nice, the service not so nice. Overall not such a good visit. Think that this Jen needs to be retrained and listen to customers and not invite a un-friendly service department. She may have been having a bad day, but she never changed her attitude during our visit. I will avoid her next time.kk More

My battery went dead on my Cadillac, and I had it jumped, then called and took it to NW Chev Dealership to check it out. Later, the Service Dept. said "we changed the battery and it's under warranty, so no then called and took it to NW Chev Dealership to check it out. Later, the Service Dept. said "we changed the battery and it's under warranty, so no need to pay", and they gave me invoice with 2 pictures of a service man replacing the battery, to prove they changed it. I said great! A couple days later, my battery went dead again, and I needed a tow truck to take it to NW Chev again. We opened the hood and the battery was NEVER replaced, was same old dusty battery -- isn't that fraud?!! Faking a battery replacement? Weird! We were shocked they did that to us! We have bought a few cars over the years there, so we were so surprised they did that. (But the staff was nice otherwise and replaced it quickly.) More
