Still waiting for someone from Honda to let me know the status of my car I was told would be ready today (amended from yesterday). I was told it would be ready in the morning. It is now near the end of the day with not even a courtesy call. This is very annoying and extremely likely this is the last time Honda sees me. I was thinking of a new Honda this summer. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable leaving the dealership and made sure I knew that if I had questions, to get in touch with him. I think the only thing that really mattered this time around, this was the first place I started looking for a car, and this is where I leased my vehicle. I didn’t need to look any where else. I would absolutely recommend Brandon if they are looking for their next car. More

First, when negotiating the price, the sales rep pushed hard for financing without providing any true incentive.
