"Used Car Purchase" Works only for Sale Only Hi, Appreciate the service from Mr. Amer Hajou and Mr Eric Yngve, BUT I have had the worst experience with the Manager and few other people at th Hi, Appreciate the service from Mr. Amer Hajou and Mr Eric Yngve, BUT I have had the worst experience with the Manager and few other people at the store and I decided that I would never buy the car from them again. I tried to reach the General Manager to let them know about my concern through email and also through phone( Phone calls - 8 times and 2-4 emails to each general manager -Jason and Matt). But they were not bothered to reach me as the sales was done. They don't follow guidelines of there own promotions and seek how much they can make profit from the customer. I was eligible for the promotion offer and after calling the manager 6 times he agreed that I will get the offer and I drove to the location that is around 25 miles from my home and they kept me waited for 70 minutes and then the manager said that we can't give you the remote keyless starter as it has to be asked during the sale and not after 1 day of the purchase. The Offer does not mention anything about when to ask about it unless it is not expired and the car is purchased. The manager started giving me excuses and he knew what he was saying was totally avoiding customer respect and out of topic. The manager was checking out on how much was he making from the deal and if that is not good car deal he would even help you for any future endeavors. ****Note - I ask the Boch Guys to be honest. Todays customer are smart don't try to fool them or else you will be the one to lose from your business. Business doesn't come from just from money but a valuable and loyal customer. More
