I responded privately to Mr Villafane to try and give them chance to address this. I have called and text Mr Villafane at the dealership multiple times for a week and have had NO response. This is why customer service is no longer a priority and so buyer beware.

After 1 week and multiple attempts to contact Mr. Villafane I have received no response. I put this out so people can see talk is easy but customer service is poor at this dealership.
