AJ does not communicate well. I had to call him several times when I hadn't heard anything for a few days. My wife told him when she dropped the truck off that they could not roll any windows down other than the rear passenger because I've been having trouble with the electric windows; when I got the truck back the front passenger window had been forced open and will not stay up now, it is completely broken. I also told AJ the AC was making a high pitched whistle and I had checked the refrigerant which read full. He insisted removing the refrigerant and refilling would solve the problem; against my better judgment I gave him the go-ahead at 215$ and the system still does exactly the same thing. It blows cold air until the engine warms, then blows warm and makes the high pitched whistle. To make matters worse, I also asked to check my ABS system. (I really got the impression they did not want to work on my vehicle, possibly because it is a 2001 with it's share of problems) AJ put on the paperwork the vehicle would not duplicate the problem. I drive this truck every day and every day the ABS and brake lights come on after four or five stops. I hope nothing goes wrong because if my brakes fail and I had it in your shop to diagnose; not too good for your shop.
