When I walked into the showroom I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted to do, buy new, lease or buy used. Jay walked up and asked if he could help. I told Jay that I was just looking to see what was available from GMC. Jay said look around and if you have any questions I’ll be right over here. I originally wanted an Acadia until I found out they all had 3 rows os seats. I ended up buying a Terrain that had just come off a lease. During the test drive Jay explained as much about the car and the instrumentation that he could. I was able to take 2 loops around the test drive route which was helpful. When I finally made up my mind Jay was very through explaining all of the paperwork. Jay even went above and beyond when he contacted our insurance agent and supplied them with all the information they needed for me to drive off the lot completely insured. I would definitely buy from here again. Stuart in finance was a consummate professional and made the process easy.
