Made buying a truck a enjoyable experience. Very professional and courteous. We will be a return customer! Very professional and courteous. We will be a return customer! More

The dealership and salesman made it really easy to get in and out with the truck I wanted! I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle! and out with the truck I wanted! I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle! More

This is my original review that I was asked to take down by the used car sales manager after “agreed resolution” but after finding out that there was one more lie told by this dealership, I felt compelled t by the used car sales manager after “agreed resolution” but after finding out that there was one more lie told by this dealership, I felt compelled to re-post the original review as well as add the rest of the story that happened after. On Friday, February 24, 2023 I had phone contact with Castille Dewells about a 2013 GMC Acadia. I asked him if there was any mechanical issues with the vehicle and also if there was any body damage or rust. He sent me 6 photos via text to my phone of very small paint “dings”. The next text was “Nothing mechanically wrong with it. Those are the only blemishes.” Due to a work commitment I was unable to pick up the check and get the car on this date so we set up an appointment to take possession of the car on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 around noon. On Thursday, March 2, 2023 my wife was backing out of the driveway at our home and I saw 4 spots on our driveway where the car was parked. On Friday, march 3, 2023 I sent Castille a text asking him to call me when he got in so I could discuss the fluid the car was leaving in my driveway. He called me and stated he was not going in to work today and I asked him if he was sure that the vehicle was serviced by their department and there were no mechanical issues. I sent him a picture of the 4 spots in my driveway. He said he would send them to the import services department as they did the work on the Acadia. Later that afternoon he sent me a picture of the service inspection report they did on the Acadia and it indicated that there were no issues and no fluid leaks. It also did not list any damage to the exterior. I told him that the vehicle is clearly leaking fluid in my driveway “so we have an issue somewhere”. Castille responded with, “You are more than welcome to let me know your thoughts and I can take them to Will. I am off this weekend”. I advised Castille that, “I will have my mechanic look at it at my cost Monday and compare their inspection report with the one from the service department. It’s a little frustrating honestly”. On Monday, March 6, 2023 I took the Acadia to my mechanic and they found numerous issues/leaks. I asked Castille to give me a call and sent him the pictures of the leaks/issues as well as the repair estimate which totals $1,985.66. Castille stated that “Will” should be in around 11 and he will pass this along to him. At 1:13 I texted Castille and asked if there was any word from Will. He stated, “He isn’t here yet. I sent him what you sent and ad I’ll see him when he gets here”. At 3:59 I got a text from castile that stated, “We got with the management team including our GM and we came to the conclusion that it was a clean inspection sheet and a 155,000 mile vehicle will have issues arise at any point and time. If the vehicle had those issues, we would have been able to notice that squarely on the inspection and before you took delivery of the vehicle. Being an as is vehicle, we would have sent that vehicle to the auction if those issues were in the inspection and our techs stand by there findings.” I responded with, “Just so I am clear, you will not be fixing the clearly faulty vehicle you sold me claiming there were no mechanical issues?” Castille stated, “That is the conclusion we came up with after consulting with everyone. It has a clear inspection sheet when we put it for sale. As I mentioned, if those issue were apparent, we would have not put the vehicle for retail sale”. Its highly suspicious that they can give a vehicle a sterling bill of health and then it magically starts leaking when I get it home. They claim it is the Odaniel policy. ODaniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram responded PUBLICLY on 3/07/23 8:24 AM Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Sounds like there may be some miscommunication that needs addressed. Misrepresenting a transaction is never our intention. We want all of our customers to be happy. Please reach out to our Used Car Manager... More
Since I was the victim of a “miscommunication” on the first vehicle, Will said they would get us in a different vehicle. I took this vehicle to my mechanic before agreeing. It was confirmed multiple time first vehicle, Will said they would get us in a different vehicle. I took this vehicle to my mechanic before agreeing. It was confirmed multiple times that the service department looked at this van and there are zero mechanical issues. Well, there were problems. I was told I should bring the van to the service department and ask for James Meyer and he is expecting me. James put the vehicle on a lift and I showed him what my mechanic found. James said it is not a "transmission leak, but a seep". This is a word game, and frankly insulting. There is either negligence by this service department or gross incompetence. I was told the master technician who checked off on this vehicle is old and "hard of hearing" so he may not have heard this issue idler pulley. The bank found that the value of this van is 30% less than what I was being charged. I fail to see how this is making things right for the customer.I had to pay another set of loan and paperwork fees from O'Daniels. With these fees and costs to have a mechanic check the work of the O’Daniels, I am over $900 in extra costs. At the end of the day, your reputation is the backbone of your business. All I have asked for is a safe and reliable vehicle for my wife and kids. I have never yelled at or caused a scene with any of the O’Daniels staff. Your web site has some interesting statements about how you treat every customer. If all your staff does is lie to customers like I have been lied to, that is not a great reputation and is in stark contrast to the things you have on your website.I have had nothing but lies told to me from the start of this experience. Greg Odaniels bio says, “I pride myself in upholding only the highest ethics for our business. Our employees share in my same beliefs that honesty and integrity are the most important traits we must possess to be a successful business.” There has been no honesty from any member of your staff to meBryces bio says, “I pride myself in having a strong work ethic…..” Is it ethical to lie about pulling a credit report? He also told the bank I was working with that lots of people have been looking at this van and he stands by the price. Since Will told me the van was at the body shop for about 2 weeks, then has a hold for Steve Ealing, sold by Will tag in it when I take it to my mechanic, I find this hard to believe. Unless people were looking at that car at the body shop, this is yet another lie.I wish I was valued as a customer at 130% like the price of the van that is being used to “make things right for the customerI met with Will when I arrived and we agreed that I was not a satisfied customer and I did not trust their business. I told Will I have zero faith they actually fixed the issues with the van and requested that I be provided some proof this work was done. I never got that proof. It was in this meeting that I was asked if I would please take down my previous review. I would then discover the car they took back from me and said he was going to sell it at an auction since it has problems they didn’t know about, was back for sale on their web site. Even in the first text exchange with Castille he stated “Being an as is vehicle, we would have sent that vehicle to the auction if those issues were in the inspection and our techs stand by there findings.” I provided them with the findings so they are aware of it and are still selling it to someone. It appears my faith in all parties at the Illinois Rd location was misplaced as they just tell you lie after lie. I hope no one else falls for their scam and purchases from them. I feel bad for anyone who purchases a 2013 White Diamond GMC Acadia SLT-2 with VIN 1GKKVSKD3DJ263867. I hope this review prevents everyone else from falling victim to these predatory business practices. No need to respond, your actions speak for themselves. More

I had a phenomenal experience at O'Daniel! I am not sure if I have ever experienced a dealership with this level of customer service. In my quest for a new Jeep I contacted a few dealerships, I am not sure if I have ever experienced a dealership with this level of customer service. In my quest for a new Jeep I contacted a few dealerships, but some were slow to react, while Corey, Justin, Craig and the rest of the team stayed with me and contacted me regularly to answer questions and help me find my best match. Bryce went through all of the details when we closed the deal and made sure I was good to go. I work in sales and therefore admire great salesmanship, especially a team effort like this. I am 110% happy with my new Gladiator. Most of my vehicles are GM, but I am also a loyal Jeep owner (I have 2 older Wranglers). My suggestion is regardless of whether you look at other dealers, make sure you contact O'Daniel you won't regret it. I'll be back and I will be sending everyone I know to Fort Wayne. It is worth the trip! More
