Great sales department awful service department I’ve owned my car for a month and have driven it for 7 days because each time I take it to be serviced, it takes DAYS to get it back. Most recently th I’ve owned my car for a month and have driven it for 7 days because each time I take it to be serviced, it takes DAYS to get it back. Most recently they forgot about it. I dropped it off on a Wednesday evening to have service the following day. They said I’d have it the following Tuesday. When I called, they said it was forgotten. If I didn’t like my sales guy so much (Quincy), I’d give 1 ?? to the dealership. More

Poor recent experience - recommend with reservations On my last scheduled service - usually an appointment lasting 2 hours - we were advised on arrival it would take an additional 2 hours because "people On my last scheduled service - usually an appointment lasting 2 hours - we were advised on arrival it would take an additional 2 hours because "people were ahead of us." Four hours later - after my call - we were told the car hadn't been seen yet and there were 4 more cars ahead of us. After an additional trip back to BMW, and a total 5 hour wait, my car still hadn't been serviced, and the service rep asked if they could keep it 2 more days. I scheduled another service, took my car and left. We have had good service in the past from this dealership, but since changing hands it has definitely become spotty. Staff are friendly, but service in my opinion has fallen off, and I'm no longer confident in the level of experience I see in their service staff It's the only dealership in Omaha, so here's hoping it improves; everyone deserves a second chance. More
