Not terrible, but definitely stands out from my typical good experience. Mechanic Dave did an excellent job. He was polite and answered to all my quests about my car. Joseph Cassello was rude and shout at me that he is loosing money because of me!? when I was trying to find o answered to all my quests about my car.
