"service with Integrity and a Smile"

I prearranged via the phone with Michael Armenteros for a 14,200 oil change for my CX-5. This initial call was amazingly great. Michael is a special individual in this profession. I actually looked forward to having my car serviced. My appointment was today (2/14/2018)@ 11AM. Michael greeted me and immediately introduced me to Andy Wehmeyer, and detailed to him what we had discussed. Andy escorted me to the waiting area (a really comfortable and beautiful area with an immaculate eating feature). The rest rooms are immediately accessible. My car was ready by 12:30PM, with oil and filter change and tire rotation and balance completed, To top-off my happy visit, my car was washed and looking great! Thank you all! Mel Yusem

"Mazda Service plan denied service "

I bought my brand new Mazda CX9 North Miami 2016 with service plan although i live nearby this location doral Mazda for my convinient for my car service they dont accept my mazda plan services because i bought in other mazda location thats what the service advisor told me and his assistant i show my documents and called Mazda north Miami that can accepted any location ,hot line Mazda service plan that i can bring any location for services my car but this Mazda doral advisor services are below 1 star service not recommended this mazda doral Miami to do service with them horrible experienced do not waste your time to drive there if u don't purchased your Mazda car in this location for sure get dis appointed for their horrible services

"Professional"

Overall it was a good experience; however, costs were a little high. I had an oil change and tire rotation done costing 80.00 plus. Would I return ?? I'm Undecided... I use to service my vehicles at South Motors Mazda; however, they since closed leaving me no option but to drive to Ocean Mazda of Doral which is much farther from my home. Traffic getting there is horrible from south Miami-Dade..

The service department has incredibly helpful staff and they don't overcharge you for service. They provide great service in a timely and affordable manner. "Friendly staff"

Great place to get vehicle service, I did not give a 5 star rating, because there is no coffee available in the waiting room, bathroom was being cleaned, so have to go across the drive in order to access another bathroom, those were the inconveniences on the waiting room. But the service part was 5 stars rating, friendly staff made visit pleasant, and car was serviced quickly and problem was solved (a blown overhead light bulb)
