Great All good expect for a slight misunderstanding on price. My son was with me when we were told that they would give us 12K for the trade in when I said All good expect for a slight misunderstanding on price. My son was with me when we were told that they would give us 12K for the trade in when I said the value is low and I am not sure if I want to move forward (up from 11.5K initial offer) when I confronted why it is back to 11.5K the answer was, I never said that. I looked at my Son and said, you just got a great lesson in life. Get everything in writing otherwise, it is your word against theirs. Not worth fighting over the 500 dollars as everything else was great. More

The salesman, the sales manager, the finance guys, the service guys. I have never in my life been so pleased. Every time I walk in the door I have that feeling that usually comes with the car industry, "someone is going to take advantage of me. They're going to sell me something I don't need. Service is going to cost way more than it should." And I CONSTANTLY leave saying, "Wow. They treated me better than I have ever experienced. They were honest. They were fair. They didn't try to get one over on me." Naturally it happens so much that I rarely (if ever) get that anxiety walking through the door. I was pleasantly greated and shown to the waiting area. The service took a little over an hour. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. When my car was completed and I was taken back to my vehicle, my car STUNK!! There was a terrible odor that was not there when I dropped my car off. It smelled like some either had a bowel movement or passed gas in my car!! I had to roll all the windows down to clear the smell out of my car!!! I was going to immediately return and ask why my car smelled but the service department was closing for lunch. More

I have a BMW X3 and was in the market to buy a second car to replace my Honda Accord. The security features in that were inadequate, as it was an older car and i felt an SUV, with all safety features would be better suited to our needs. I test drove Honda CRV, Nissan Rouge and VW and in the end came to check out the Mazda CX-5. And boy am I glad I did! I absolutely loved not only the car and the features(which are much better than my BMW X3 too) but also the people that I dealt with. Aaron took me for a test drive of the car and his knowledge is absolutely phenomenal. As a contrast to other vehicle brand test drives, Aaron made me drive the car and gave me a chance to learn and see all the safety features myself. At other dealerships, the sales person would make me sit next to him and then demonstrate the features while driving themselves. Goes to show how easy it is to learn about the features in the Mazda CX-5, quickly! Aaron asked me why I was hoping to change my car, what features were most important to me and what I was hoping to spend. He actually LISTENED! And I felt that he was giving me advice on the car not from the perspective of selling me a Mazda, but what would be the most suitable vehicle for my needs. He was able to help me understand each and every feature of the car and answer ALL my questions. At the same time, he provided me with comparable stats on the other vehicles that were in my shortlist. Believe me - Aaron is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable sales person I have ever met. Once all my questions were answered. I started working with Bell who was helping co-ordinate the purchase process. Being new, she had some doubts on questions I asked. She would pause and was not hesitant to acknowledge her knowledge gap. She would step away but always come back to me with the answer. I can see her stepping into Aaron's shoes one day for sure! Post that, Otis handled all the financing and paperwork, and was an absolute pleasure to work with too. I loved the team at Mazda and am very pleased with the vehicle I purchased. I saw them again recently for getting parking sensors added to my car. As usual, the team was on top of it! They had my loaner planned and paperwork done fast and I was out of there in no time. This is a start contrast to my experience at BMW and Mercedes service centers where you have to literally beg them for a loaner. LOVE the team and highly recommend them! More

I was welcomed by Julia, from Germany and a salesman named Deanthony. Deanthony was very helpful and knowledgable regarding the different trim levels on the CX5. Since I had my Honda Accord for 13 years it took a while to find the right next car. I ended up purchasing a CX5 Grand Touring with more features than I've ever had. I compared the Honda CRV, Toyota RAV4,Subaru Outback, Acura RDX, Nissan Rogue, Hyundai models and even some BMW models but found the Mazda to be an overall fun car to drive. More

Nick was professional,thoughtful and showed lots of care. Nick was great from the get go on this car nightmare of mine. I didn't take it to them like I should have, and usually do because of time constraints. Nick was great from the get go on this car nightmare of mine. So a few days after my car had been," fixed," by another place and $2500 later, my transmission started slipping when I was taking the kids to school.Called Nick & he quickly put my mind at ease and told me not to worry. Asked me if I thought it was safe to drive it there or should he send help and get it towed. We agreed it could drive it if i didn't push it too much. He said he'd have a curteousey car waiting for me when I arrived and that he would get it in as soon as a spot opened up in his schedule. That way I could get to work and take care of things. As promised when I arrived Nick already had the paperwork started and a rental ready for me when I go there. I was in and out in 15 minutes and off to work. Nick contacted me the next day to let me know that the other shop had messed up the work they did and that's why my transmission was slipping. He said I would need to contact the other shop and let them know what had happened. He even emailed me exact descriptions of what the tech found and what needed to be done so I was adequately prepared to let the other shop know what had happened and what Mazda had found. Nick told me what my rights were as a consumer and how to protect myself in this tough situation. Thankfully the other shop was great about the mess up and did what they should in this situation, but I honestly think it was thanks to Nick's guidance and detailed email on what was wrong that made this happen. Nick is an awesome service advisor with a talent for great customer service & a genuine demeanor. I'm so thankful he & the techs at Mazda Of Roswell have my back everytime. As a single mom & small business owner I highly recommend them. More

Called on a Saturday for an ap Have never had a worse experience with service. Have been taking my 2008 car to this dealer for 10 years but no more. Called on a Saturday for an appointment. Was told they were busy so first appointment available was the next Thursday (five days later). Took in for my appointment. At end of Thursday they said they probably wouldn't be able to look at it for another 5 days because they were backed up. When I asked why did they give me an appointment time, they just shrugged. Two days later, they had still not even looked at my car so I picked it up and took it to a different shop where they diagnosed the issue and had it taken care of within four hours. Never received an explanation as to why it would take so long from Mazda. If this is the new level of Mazda Service, will not be back. More
