Lots of credit to Bobby Mack I showed up to drop my car off, but the person at the desk had just left. I handed him my key and asked him to please make sure my car was serviced the next day. At 8AM the next day, I received a call from the service manager letting me know that he was working on my car, another call when my car was completed, and another call when I didn't respond (dealing with a sick kid). I truly appreciated the white glove treatment I got from the entire team, but would gladly recommend Bobby Mack for the outstanding service he consistently provides. More

I got a call and an email telling my vehicle was ready. Usually at other service centers, I've always had to call them about the status of my vehicle. Even more maddening is the other service centers will say, "oh, it's been ready for a few hours." Quick service, plenty of notification about when the car was ready. I bought both of my Mazdas used from other places, but I will only have them serviced here. More

However, I really have always felt like the service at this dealership is honest and the price isn't too bad. As a woman who knows she doesn't know things about her car, it's really important to me to feel like they're communicating with me and not just charging me for a bunch of things I don't need. I would recommend this place to my friends and family for sure. The waiting area is also pretty nice, there are snacks and drinks, free wifi and nice bathrooms, which meets all my criteria, anyway. More
