They wrecked my truck & tried to lie about the damage Took my truck in for the 1st oil change. I come back & the guy admitted that an employee backed my truck into something. He said the only damage was a Took my truck in for the 1st oil change. I come back & the guy admitted that an employee backed my truck into something. He said the only damage was a busted taillight & that it they already replaced it. The customer service guy pulled my truck around & tried to send me on my way. I look at my truck & the rear bumper is pushed up & in about 2 inches. Also, the quarter panel was slightly buckled. Mind you my truck has a rear backup camera, plus parking sensors front & rear. The wait is just too long if you need to wait on you Always bring my vehicle here for service and continue to run into the same problem over and over. The wait is just too long if you need to wait on your vehicle. As I wait for over 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and a weathering strip to be reattached I couldn't help but notice every other waiting person becoming more and more angry with the wait time. One lady even had a conversation with me about how she's been coming here for years and they never used to be this slow. Every company has off days, but this last trip being my 5th has shown me this is a pattern. While the quality of work was complete and satisfactory, it is not worth my time. More
