Olathe Toyota responded

Olathe Toyota did everything for Scott and his XB including putting another engine in his car after a parts failure. This is something we would do again and again as it was the right thing to do. Scott's bill after replacement of engine and many new parts and use of our vehicle for an extended period of time was zero! Olathe Toyota chooses to decline any services with this customer in the future.

Put in 2 engines because Tom used the wrong parts the first time. Charged me more for aftermarket parts then the OEM. Olathe Toyota is extremely unethical. Go somewhere, anywhere else for parts, service and sales! I called the parts department for get cost of my parts. They were cheaper when I called then what I was charged. Tom is now saying that the price I was given was a special online price. Lie after lie!!!!
